We are a sign company dedicated to the sign marketing needs of business. We specialize in digital printing and custom sign solutions for companies that require a sign or use signs as their primary marketing. Our products to support this mission include vehicle graphics, real estate signs (commercial and residential), custom signs and miscellaneous stickers, decals and banners.
Charles is owner/president of RPM. He has primary responsibility for sales and client relationships. Charles has been in the sign business for 8 years after working in various roles as a commercial banker. Charles is a native Richmonder and a graduate of Benedictine High School and VMI.
As a Cowboys and Braves fan, Charles doesn’t like Jon (see his profile) sometimes.
Jon is our chief graphic designer and general manager. He has primary responsibility for day to day operations.
Jon has worked at RPM for 10 years, and has 12 years of sign company experience.
Jon is a Phillies, Eagles and Flyers fan, therefore he’s really frustrated.
Cynthia is print manager and custom sign maker for RPM. Cynthia has worked in the sign business for 15 years. She was previously an elementary school art teacher and still teaches art part time. Cynthia is a native Texan with a heart as big as Texas!
Cynthia has two stints working for RPM, most recently 7 years since 2004.
